Chemion Logistik GmbH
You can always rely on our qualified and highly motivated employees. We know how important team spirit, commitment and the specialised knowledge of our skilled workers are – especially when dealing with dangerous goods on a daily basis. That is why we place a high value on training and ongoing qualification for our approximately 800 employees in our locomotives, warehouses, offices, silos, cranes, dispatch centres and many other workplaces.

What we offer

- Remuneration
We pay our employees an attractive and competitive basic salary based on a company-specific collective agreement that is modelled on the collective agreement for the chemical industry. - Christmas bonus
In addition to their monthly basic salary, employees covered by the collective agreement receive an annual bonus. - Holiday allowance
We supplement the holiday funds of our employees covered by collective agreements with an annual lump sum. - Bonus

In the CHEMPARK company restaurants, we subsidise the extensive range of food and beverages for all employees. - Childcare
We support our employees with an annual one-off financial subsidy for childcare costs at the daycare centre. In addition, we subsidise holiday activities organised by selected clubs and associations and advise our employees on various forms of childcare (e.g. emergency care, domestic help, care advice). The Chemion team competes in regional running events. We are always happy to welcome new participants – we cover the entry fees!
- Holidays
Employees receive 30 days of holiday entitlement based on a 5-day working week. - Flexible working time models
Employees have a flexible working time account. This allows them to arrange private appointments around their working hours, subject to operational requirements. Where the operational situation allows, we offer our employees the opportunity to work flexible working time models. Days off
As part of the benefits of the collective agreement, we grant employees time off for special events. These may include their own wedding, moving house or caring for relatives.Caring for relatives
Employees who claim their entitlement to ten days of unpaid leave under the Care Leave Act receive two of these ten days as paid leave.
We work together to provide for old age: we pay into the chemical industry fund for occupational pension schemes. In addition, we also grant capital-forming benefits and, in addition to the annual chemical industry tariff subsidy, further annual benefits for payment into the pension fund.
We actively implement occupational health management.

Employees aged 58 and over receive five additional days off per year. - Long-term care insurance
Employer-financed supplementary long-term care insurance. It supplements statutory long-term care insurance and offers additional financial and organisational support in the event of long-term care – without a health check and with immediate cover. - famPLUS
Confidential advice from external experts in personal and family emergencies – fast, professional and free of charge for our employees. - Sick pay supplement
In the event of illness or accident, we support our employees with a supplement to their sick pay. After the 6-week continued payment of wages, we pay a gross supplement for up to 18 months in the amount of the difference between the gross amount of the sick pay and the previous net remuneration. - Subsidy for gyms
We subsidise the membership fee at one partner gym at each CHEMPARK site to promote the health of our employees.
Job requirements change – that's why we train our employees regularly. We also grant five days of leave for certain self-financed training activities related to the company.
