Qualified training for safe hazardous goods transport

The safe transport of hazardous goods requires comprehensive expertise and up-to-date knowledge of statutory regulations. Chemion offers practical training programs within recognized qualification frameworks—tailored to the requirements of the chemical industry and specifically designed for CHEMPARK customers.

Our training portfolio includes:

  • Training for operators of industrial trucks
  • Training courses for cranes, aerial work platforms, and specialized vehicles
  • Hazardous goods training for road, rail, sea, and air transport
  • Load securing seminars
  • Training on personal protective equipment (PPE) against falls and warehouse order picking

With many years of experience in the chemical industry environment, we develop tailored training solutions for your employees—enhancing safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Our services

  • Training for operators of industrial trucks in accordance with DGUV Regulation 68 and DGUV Principle 308-001 (Training and authorization of operators of industrial trucks with driver’s seat or stand-on position) in conjunction with VDI Guideline 3313
  • Training in the safe operation of floor-operated cranes, lifting platforms, and special vehicles
  • Dangerous goods training for shippers and packers of hazardous materials in air transport in accordance with ICAO Technical Instructions (ICAO-TI), IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA-DGR), and the requirements of the German Federal Aviation Office (LBA)
  • Cargo securing seminars and instruction in theory and practice, including in accordance with VDI Guideline 2700/2700a, e.g. for professional drivers, loaders, and supervisors; depending on the seminar type, combined with dangerous goods instruction
  • Personal protective equipment against falls (PPE) & order pickers / warehouse pickers
  • Advanced training for professional drivers in accordance with the German Professional Driver Qualification Act (BKrFQG) at our officially recognized training center
  • All training programs are available at our CHEMPARK location or as in-house training directly at the customer’s premises
