Accurate inventory in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)

Chemion conducts the legally required inventory in accordance with the principles of proper accounting (§ 241 (2) HGB). We perform physical stocktaking of hazardous and combustible substances as well as technical materials – reliably, audit-proof, and with complete documentation.

Preparation of an inventory plan, including scheduling and warehouse location planning
Systematic and error-free stocktaking in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Use of standardized, pre-numbered count sheets
Recording and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies within the SAP system
Provision of all inventory documentation in compliance with statutory retention requirements (10 years)
Execution of stocktaking outside regular operating hours if required
