Purchase / Delivery: Contract Formation
The General Terms and Conditions as well as the Sales and Delivery Conditions apply to all contracts with CHEMION. They apply even if the contracting party refers to its own terms and conditions when placing an order.
By placing an order, you agree to all further terms and conditions of CHEMION stated on the Website. If the order is placed using order forms provided on the CHEMION Website, this constitutes an offer to CHEMION to enter into a contract. The contract is formed only upon issuance of a written order confirmation by CHEMION.
