What you can expect
The online test, which you can take at home, and the training-specific test at the company are designed to assess your analytical skills. The training-specific test on site also assesses primarily job-related skills and, to a lesser extent, the necessary specialist knowledge. The tasks are designed to be particularly relevant to the field and are therefore highly job-related.
You should keep this in mind
Create a quiet environment for yourself
Make sure you won’t be disturbed and, ideally, turn off your mobile phone. This is important for concentration.
Work quickly but carefully
Before each group of tasks, you will receive instructions and, in some cases, sample tasks. It is important that you read everything carefully. If you read quickly and inaccurately, you may overlook important information.
Work in order
The first tasks in a task group are usually easier than the tasks that come later. We therefore recommend that you work through the tasks in the order given.
If a task is too difficult for you, leave it until later
Use this time to solve other tasks that you find easier. On average, participants solve about half of the tasks correctly. No points are deducted for incorrect answers.
Exercises
